Social Justice for Everyone — 10:30 a.m. Sunday, December 29, 2024

Unitarian Universalism is a faith tradition that draws on many spiritual and religious traditions. The story of the Good Samaritan is an example of the second principle of Unitarian Universalism, which affirms and promotes justice, equity and compassion in human relations. Join us this Sunday as Tom Schwartz uses this story to focus on the Christian mandate to move beyond tribalism in seeking social justice.

Reflection on Winter Solstice – 10:30 a.m. Sunday, December 22nd, 2024

Not so long ago, harsh winters and long nights brought people closer to the hearth. Seeking warmth for our bodies and companionship for comfort, people knew winters were survivable only if resources were accessible. Yet even in the most uncertain of times, there is hope and delight, wonder and joy. Rev. Jenny Peek, Pocatello UU Fellowship, joins us this Sunday for a reflection on winter solstice.
